He also represents clients in state appellate courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, bringing the same level of preparation and tenacity to every forum.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association.
